• Cut finger and toe nails daily. Scabies like to hide in the corners and under nails.
• Take warm epsom salt baths in post scabies in the evenings for 25-35 minutes.

Thanks this has worked for me also, I really thought for awhile I had ore complicated case of Scabies and I thought there was no solution, I guess the chemicals are not working like they did in the old days. I just got my creams in the mail today, they came within 2 days and I am now using mine daily! This is really working fast as after the first night I no longer itch at all. I am on the third day of post scabies and my skin has completely healed thanks to the sulfur soaps. It basically brought my skin layer down to the layer like I  never had scabies to begin with. Awesome stuff! The sulfur soaps are real sulfur as you can smell it and they have exfoliants rite inside them. If your going to get something get the creams and sulfur soaps scabies hate them. I live in B.C. & was able to get both the creams and soaps via mail. I am now recovering well and hope to go back to work this week. I would never put insecticides or pesticides on me and my daughters bodies, thanks for putting info out there about using sulfur. I want to also thank you for the encouragement and tips. Saw this blog a few months back. Just wanted to let you know how thankful I am. Much like Kim, I was struggling to get rid of scabies, the permethrin was not working as it was not penetrating my skin well enough, I had a resistant case of scabies or the creams don;t work at all.  After getting the scabies creams and sulfur soaps by skin was back to normal within days and the itching completely stopped.
